I love these pants and have several in my closet. However, as others have noted, pre-ordering for certain colors to restock and ship is frustrating. Now waiting over 6 months for Dusty Olive to ship. Now I see that the color is discontinued on the website. Customer service is very lacking. It is disappointing that Myles Apparel can’t get its procurement, manufacturing and shipping figured out. The CEO sent out an email six months ago indicating that they’re working very diligently to fix these problems. I have not seen any progress. These might be my last tour pants from this company.

I own about 7 pairs of these pants and they are great. Pretty much my go-to pants for work etc... However, I've been waiting for certain colors / sizes to be in stock for nearly 2 years. The responses from customer service are vague. I'd rather just hear what the real issue is or if they will ever be back in stock. One of the colors I just checked got my hopes up because it was letting me order then I saw the expected delivery time is 3-6 months. I'm not even sure if I believe their timeline. The 10% off ($12-14) for "pre-ordering" doesn't seem like enough for a pant that may arrive in 6 months. It is a shame they have a great product but apparently operational problems or lack of investment capital to effectively and efficiently stock and ship products.
