These shorts check every box, with a few caveats.

1. Lengths is perfect

2. They use a round draw string (flat ones bunch up and are useless) that exit the liner in the front of the short.

3. Brief style liner helps keep the bits stable and out of the way when running and doing any difficult workout.

3. At least one zip pocket and a place for headphones or key fob.

Areas of improvement.

1. Durability - I’ve had mine of almost 1.5 years. They are holding up well despite daily CrossFit workouts but the liner stitching is coming undone.

2. Availability - They say the best ability is availability. I’ve been waiting for more black shorts for a long time, not sure they will ever be restocked.

3. On availability, I’d love to see more color options. Not oxeblood or any loud colors, but a simple gray would be nice.

Let me put it this way. After wearing the first pair, I immediately bought another of the same color and 1 of the other color. Very nice short. I’m 6’3” 185, slim build and pretty good looking from what they tell me. I’ve noticed more hotties checking me out on my runs. Get a medium if you want to show some leg.
